Fresh Coriander Chutney
2 cups (32 g) fresh chopped cilantro
1 green chili or serrano pepper, stems with most seeds removed
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 large lime, juiced (3 Tbsp)
1 Tbsp. maple syrup or more to taste
1-5 Tbsp. Water to thin paste
2-3 Tbsp. ripe avocado for extra creaminess (opt).
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Allow to rest for 15-20min. for the flavors to meld.
