Slice a block of Trifolia Artisan tofu into 3 or 4 slices or cubes.
Place on a shallow container and sprinkle lightly with a good quality soya sauce or wheat free tamari- do NOT soak the tofu. Allow the tofu to marinate for 10-15 mins. Heat a small quantity of quality oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the tofu until it achieves the desired crispness.
Serve in a salad, wrap or add to a stir fry or stir-fried rice.
